Update 1.2 and 1.3

Just a quick note updated the build to 1.3 with some fixes listed below! 
Version 1.2
- FPS increase thanks to lighting bake
- Video playback fixed
- Pause menu added with Quality options
Version 1.3
- Fixed Enemy Navigation not working
- Adjusted lighting in hangar and Laboratory
- Added controller vibration when shooting
